be combined with information Softaddicts.com receives through

Act
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998
provides safeguards to protect children who use the Internet

from children under the age of 13. Softaddicts.com does not
knowingly collect information from children under the age
of 13 and does not target its websites to children under 13.
